Based on a petrol locomotive built in 1913, for use in the Philippines, named "Maria", this is a model of a unique and attractive prototype, whose 40hp Dorman engine went on to power the hundreds of armoured Simplexes used during WW1.

Approximately 212mm long, 87mm wide, & 133mm high, with adjustable wheels, for use on 32mm or 45mm track, and fitted as standard with centre buffers 25mm above rail height.

Manual electronic speed control is fitted as standard, operated by turning the exhaust pipe.

Power is provided by NiMH cells with an onboard charging socket.
